Who we are
This website is run by Bigger Burgers (a showcase brand), 123 Crown Street, Your City (“we”, “us”). It is a showcase site: the ordering flow is a working demo, and no order or personal information is sent to us.
The person responsible for the protection of personal information is the Bigger Burgers privacy lead, reachable at privacy@biggerburgers.example.
What we collect
- Your bag: the items you add are saved in your own browser (local storage) so they survive a page reload. They never leave your device.
- Checkout details: the name, phone, email and notes you type at checkout stay in the page to show your confirmation. On this showcase site they are not sent or stored anywhere.
- Technical information needed to deliver the site, such as your IP address and browser type, kept briefly in our host’s server logs. Our fonts are served from our own site.
We don’t use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Why we use it
- To keep your bag and show your order confirmation (basis: your request).
- To keep the site secure and working (basis: our legitimate interest).
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use it to make automated decisions about you.

Some providers store information outside your country. When that happens we make sure it receives protection equivalent to the law that applies to you.
How long we keep it
Your bag stays in your browser until you check out, empty it or clear your browser data. Server logs are kept by our host for a short period (typically up to 30 days) and then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, withdraw your consent, object to its use, or receive a copy in a portable format. Write to privacy@biggerburgers.example; we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security
The site is served over HTTPS and loads no third-party trackers. If a breach ever puts you at risk, we’ll tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Changes
We’ll update this page when our practices change and show the date at the top. If real online ordering or payment is added, this policy will name the provider and what it receives.
