A showcase site
Bigger Burgers is presented as a showcase. The menu, prices, address, hours and story are illustrative, and orders placed through the checkout are a demo: they are not sent to a kitchen and nothing is charged.
Pickup orders
Where online ordering is live, an order is confirmed when you receive an order number. Pickup times are estimates (usually about 20 minutes). Please collect your order within 30 minutes of the pickup time; food left longer may not be kept. Payment is taken at pickup unless the site says otherwise.
Tell us about allergies before you order. Our kitchen handles common allergens, so we can’t guarantee any item is allergen-free.
Using the site
You may use the site for personal, lawful purposes. Don’t try to disrupt it, access parts that aren’t public, or copy its content in bulk.
Information on the site
Menu items, prices and availability may change without notice and are confirmed when you order. Photos show how we serve our food; your burger may look a little messier (that’s a feature).
Intellectual property
The text, photos, logo and design belong to Bigger Burgers (a showcase brand) or its licensors. Please ask before reusing them.

We link to other websites (such as maps) for convenience. We aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the restaurant operates, and its courts have jurisdiction.
